We currently ship worldwide, ensuring that our global community of luxury lovers can access our exclusive selection.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Belgium & Netherlands

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International (Outside EU)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Delivery Terms & Legal Notice

  • For non-consumer purchases, any delivery dates provided by Labellov are indicative only. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, price reduction, or cancellation of the order.

  • For consumers, delivery dates communicated by Labellov are binding. If no specific delivery date is agreed upon, a maximum delivery period of 30 (thirty) days applies from the order confirmation.

  • If delivery is not completed within this timeframe, the consumer has the right to:

    • Request delivery within an additional reasonable period, or

    • Cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of notification.

  • If Labellov fails to deliver within this additional period, the consumer may cancel the order free of charge and receive a refund within 30 (thirty) days.

Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate.

  • Delivery is considered completed:

    • Upon the first delivery attempt at the specified address, or

    • When the consumer (or designated recipient) physically receives the goods

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or absence of the recipient, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery.

  • For orders containing multiple items, Labellov reserves the right to ship items separately. However, we always aim to consolidate shipments where possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Complimentary shipping may be offered during exclusive campaigns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to reflect the premium nature of our collection. Where possible, original dust bags or boxes are included. Every shipment is secured to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Insurance & Risk

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
